About
KOYO IBUSHI is a new material based on Japanese traditional ibushi, the fired clay roofing tiles used on castles and temples since ancient times in Japan. The natural silver color gives an expressive appearance, and as clay is the only raw material, KOYO IBUSHI is environmentally friendly. First introduced to Japan along with Buddhism from China in the 6th Century, ibushi's longevity leaves no doubt about its durability.
