Stone Forest® Exhibits at ICFF 2019Celebrating 30 Years of Design with the Debut of Two New Products
NEW YORK – Stone Forest®, leaders in the design and creation of one-of-a-kind kitchen, bath and garden products sculpted from natural materials, returns to ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) May 19-22, 2019 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Over the course of three decades, Stone Forest has used nature as its muse in order to craft beautiful products sculpted from stone, bronze, copper, iron and wood. Now, Stone Forest will be celebrating 30 years of award-winning design by debuting two new products from the brand’s Elemental Collection at ICFF: the Ventus Wall Hung Sink and the Elemental Trough Sink. See Stone Forest at booth #569.Celebrating 30 Years of Design Stone Forest was founded in 1989 by Michael Zimber, an outdoors enthusiast who developed an early fascination with natural materials while working as a rock climber and river guide. After sculpting blocks of stone in his free time, Zimber decided to take what he loved about the wilderness and bring it into people’s homes and gardens. 30 years later, Stone Forest is now a gifted group of artisans and designers dedicated to bringing the elegant simplicity and quiet beauty of natural materials into the kitchen, bath and garden.
Elemental Collection Stone Forest continues their creative examination of styles with the Elemental collection. This collection of vanities and integrated sinks boasts a number of interesting facets. The vanities are comprised of brass legs with knurled fittings supporting a combination of stone, wood and steel components. This unique modular concept allows you to combine integral stone sinks, wood drawers and steel or wood shelving in unlimited combinations to create bath consoles and stand-alone storage systems. Brass legs and fittings are available in either aged brass or polished nickel. The Elemental collection is offered as a single or double vanity.
Ventus Wall Hung The precise, architectural Ventus Wall Hung Sink is the latest addition to the elegant Elemental collection. Starting with a solid block of stone, the sink is expertly carved and honed into a thin-walled basin with linear horizontal surfaces. The Ventus Wall Hung Sink is available in sleek, minimalistic Antique Gray Limestone or classic Carrara Marble and is supported by new matte black, aged brass or polished nickel hardware. Not only does the Ventus Wall Hung Sink combine a slim appearance with solid construction, it’s also ADA compliant.
Elemental Trough Sink Stone Forest’s Elemental Trough Sink is another new addition to the creative, elegant Elemental collection. The sink is distinguished by a lithe, slender washbasin available in Antique Gray Limestone or Carrara Marble. The solid and sturdy console creates an open space that is mitigated by slim, streamlined legs with knurled fittings, offered in a new matte black, aged brass or polished nickel.
